Penglase and Benson, Inc. is pleased to announce that Judith A. Algeo has joined the firm as a partner effective January 1, 2017. Ms. Algeo concentrates her practice in domestic relations with an emphasis on adoptions, child custody, high conflict custody cases, divorce, support and equitable distribution. She also serves on the Parents' Lawyers Conflict list representing parents in child dependency cases, termination of parental rights cases and along with serving as a conflict Guardian Ad Litmus for children in dependency cases. She is a former president of the Bucks County Bar Association, is Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for Legal Aid of Southeast Pennsylvania and is a member of the Bucks County Bar Foundation Board of Trustees.
In addition to her law practice, Ms. Algeo is an elected supervisor for Warwick Township where she has been elected chairperson for the last 15 years and is a former President of the Bucks County Association of Township officials.
