Carol A. Benson has dedicated her practice to family law matters, including divorce, equitable distribution, custody, support, adoption, and protection from abuse, since 1998. Ms. Benson has had extensive experience handling over 400 domestic cases in the various counties of South Eastern Pennsylvania such as Bucks, Montgomery, Delaware and Philadelphia Counties. She had been named a Pennsylvania Rising Star Super Lawyer for her dedication and experience; a distinction held by only 2.5 percent of the total lawyers in Pennsylvania.
Ms. Benson graduated from Widener University School of Law, where she obtained her Juris Doctorate degree in 1998. She is admitted to the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bars, as well as, the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Ms. Benson received her undergraduate Bachelor of Science Degree in Communications in 1995 after majoring in theatre at Florida Southern College in Lakeland, FL and Millersville University in Lancaster, PA.
Ms. Benson is a member of the adjunct faculty at Widener University School of Law teaching pretrial methods and also participates as an instructor for their Intensive Trial Advocacy Program each summer.
Ms. Benson is extremely active in the community, helping plan and run the Heart of Bucks Auto Show each year.
